Dear Sir, I had bought spice cell 0n 9th august after 3 months cell was giving me many problems like touch problems and battery problem i gave my cell in customer care in kolkata near Parkstreet (Billenium sales & service) they took my cell without giving any spare cell for more then 15 days, after 15 days i got the cell but my cell problem was not solved properly then again went to customer care @ Parkstreet, but they were not taking my cell on that day they told me spice warranty sticker rubbed out from the cell but i didn’t do anything with my cell i shouted there @ the end they took my cell again and they told me they will let me know the cell will go in service or not within 7 days . so please do something for me m suffering very badly because i bought spice cell in mistake, I didn’t do anything in cell they did the service in more then 15 days and when i got the cell it was again giving me problem and spice customer service was very bogus and unresponsive they don’t know how to talk with customers so please do help me to do my cell service within 10 days because it was also under warranty period but still they are giving problem. Amazing service, Spice customer care providing their clients they even don’t bother to reply their clients related to their mobile cell status its totally ridiculous, SPICE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE have taken my cell for servicing for more then 20 days but still from their behalf m not getting any update related to my cell and even i have told spice many times in my previous mail do let me know me the cell status but spice management team its totally rediculus in all aspect and even spice whole group production management & specially service centre cheating clients for giving their assurance assistance to their clients.
