I ordered a battery for my mobile i.e. lava iris x1 online through shopclues.com. I received a duplicate product from them. The battery never gave proper back up and has stopped working after 3 months and some days. It is case of fraud and customer harassment on their behalf. My order number was 76328671 and order date was 23 Nov 2015.

I purchased the product for Rs 380. I have wasted a lot of time charging the battery as it never gave backup for more than 5 hours. I want a refund of my money along with an apology from the dealer and the website
