I am not able to know a single thing about my car loan. CIF no- 88487786312.I have misssed few emi.But i am not able to do the missed transactions online. They have such a pathetic customer care who tell to go to branch for everything. Not even the branch ( Mico layout, Bangalore) telephone is reachable. I am continuously being deducted of the service change of the pending installments.

I want them to contact me and resolve my problem.
