I had bought my cell phone lava iris 402 on 18th Sep this year and on the next day there took the problem of hanging and the next day it got more and more worse since then. I am completely tired of it.

Now the new problem took place which is the head phone jack that is not working properly. sir i want that the phone may got replace or the new phone as it is covered under warranty and Lava Mobile must Honor the same without any further delays.
