Lava Magnum X604 – Consumer Review

I have Purchased Lava Magnum X604 smartphone on 25.12.2014 but within a week phone created software issue like “Unfortunately, VIBER has stopped” permanently this dialogue could be seen on screen and I couldn’t operate phone. I admitted this phone to service centre in Mumbai. After receiving I started this phone on 26.1.15 and on 27.1.15, again the same problem started. I contacted Customer Care and they suggested visit again to service centre. I am salaried person and can’t visit every time at centre. They are not ready to understand my problem.

I want that LAVA has to replace this phone OR they have to arrange to collect & deliver phone after necessary repairs. This way I can avoid unnecessary leave from office otherwise my job will be in danger. Please do the needful. I am writing to you with a big hope.
