Sir, We went and booked a Single door refrigerator of LG make, model No GLKADG5 of MRP 15,680/- from M/s NEXT franchisee in Pathanapuram, Kollam Dt. The said model is with Drawer stand of same LG make. We made an advance of Rs.1000/- (No receipt issued) for home delivery. The seller has send the refrigerator to my house along with a locally made stand instead of the original stand. I could notice the malpractice because I have purchased the same model for my relative earlier. After verifying it in the LG website, I could notice that he is supplying the model without stand in the MRP of the item with stand. The difference in MRP is Rs 1000/- for the product with and without LG drawer stand. The dealer offered me a cash discount of Rs.1680/- and send the cash bill along with the delivery. I informed this to the dealer but he was not ready to accept my words and firm on his stand. I didnt accept the item, but forced to pay the delivery charges. He humiliated me for accepting the delivery. As a district administrator, I want to bring to your notice about this cheating occurred. I request you to kindly stop this type of cheating which is made out of the ignorance of people.

I want to stop the cheating and want my money back and want compensation of Rs 1000/- (as a gesture for ill treatment)for the humiliation.
