Lava mobile – Handset lost poor service by centre

I have submitted my handset to the above mentioned address on 12 july 2013 for a minor ear speaker issue. I was continuously asking them about the status but the customer care always told me that it was still under repair.I called more than 50 times,mailed around 35 times but got call from their side only twice and that too few days back.I was again told to visit the service centre and I was informed that the handset is lost and they were offering me a used set in near future.I had wasted too much time(used to talk for over a hour to know the status) over this and now wants a heavy compensation from the company.they even provided me wrong information which made me go the service centre and it was closed permanently.

cost of my set was Rs.8000.After 6 months i want min 12,000 for the set and 15,000 for wasting my time and making me go there even it was closed
