Hi, I apply for the airtel broadband on 27.12.2013 and its not yet installed at my home. Also the sales person Pankaj Pandey – 9654233650 has taken my router with the pretext that the router is of copper wiring which will not work on your current fiber line. Since then he is also now answering my phone. I have the immense trust on airtel brand and also on their customer relationship so appreciate if connection will be installed at the earliest and also Mr Pankaj pandey would return my router at the earliest.
