I have one lava e702tab. on 5th july 2014 i submitted my tab to lava service center named gurunanak communication wz.254,1st floor,main najafgarh road,uttam nagar due to my screen was damaged. the concern person was mr.jasvinder singh(8800091465). they told me that i have to pay rs.2350/- by cash due to physical damage is not covered in warranty and said lava company will issue me a do and i can collect my new tab from same seller from where i bought it. but the seller was permanently closed. they told me contact on lava customer care. i called several time to customer care they always giving me new date for replacement. till today am not get my tab and they not giving me excuses always. even mr. jasvinder given me mr kamal’s number -7042296xxx who is working with lava international as a asm sales. he is not answering my phone.

they given me do on 30/07/2014 after the submission of amount-2350/- in cash. after that till yet am not got my new tab.
