I received a call from Mob no-8471025xxx on 27/09/2014 at around 4 PM, a girl spoke from other side and told me that she is calling from micromax and told me that i have an offer to buy MICROMAX A-71 phone for RS.3000/-, I checked specifications online and reconfirmed with her too and confirmed the order, she took my addres and told me that i will receive another call from their final confirmation department. After some time another call came and i finalized the order and i was told that my product will reach to my post office in 6-7 days and i will have to collect it from post office by paying RS.3000/- there only and gave me a India post booking reference no also. I received another call from them on 7/10/2014 and i was told that my product has reached post office and i should collect it, when i reached post office and inquired them i was told that i didn’t reached and on indiapost website it was showing status that it was booked on 4/10/2014 and moved from rohini delhi but there was no status further, since then i kept on checking online but its status was not updated further and i kept on receiving call from RV TELESHOPPEE till 18/11/2014 whether i have collected it or not, on 27/11/2014 i visited post office again and met a postman and asked him about the parcel and he told me that COD parcels can take 1 month or more its usual so i came back again but RV Teleshoppee people stopped calling me now. on 10/11/2014 i received a call from post office that My parcel has arrived an i can take it by paying RS.3000/-, so i reached post office and took parcel by paying RS.3000/- but when i opened it i was shocked to see that it contained some Laxmi-yantra which i have seen many time on teleshopping advertisement on TV, the number from which i received call initially is switched off now and the guy on the number printed on packet says that it reached you by mistake and we will replace it with phone, but these people are frauds and they are cheating everyone like this.

I want my money back, plus somewhere i feel that post office is also responsible for it, because the delivered it a moth late because it reached post office on 10/10/2014 and they kept it with them and in the meantime those people might have fled. I also suspect that if post office can handle this then someone might easily parcel black money, drugs or arms or any illegal material, kindly take this issue to postal department and suggest them that they should confirm the product with the bill attached or post offices should have X-Ray scanners so that they can check before booking and also customers can check at the time of delivery.
