Sir, Need your help to resolve multiple issues I am facing with Lenovo phone(IMEI 8681430 25263251). I am exasperated by these issues as my work is getting impacted due to phone not working properly. Mentioning a few key issues, (i) While using internet, set gets auto off (ii) Hanging problem (iii) Applications not getting installed properly The phone is with Lenovo customer care since July 21st 2016. I got it back twice. Both the times, when I checked, the issues still persisted, though customer care told us that issues were fixed. At present as well the phone is with customer care since August 4th(Receipt no. 1383). Phone warranty is ending on August 21st. For now, please ensure I am not charged any amount for the issues that I reported before end of warranty. Better will be to replace this problematic set to avoid further pain to me. Please let me know if any further details needed from my side.
