I purchased Ideapad notebook S400 serial number CB19167729 on 11th march 2013. I am facing battery problem since that time.battery backup is less than 1 hour.I complained many times but problem not resolved at all.Once engineer has replaced the battery & backup increased upto 2 hours but after few days again it reduced upto 1 hour only.I have called many times in callc entre as well as have sent multiple mails to higher authority of Lenovo.Instead of this,problem not being resolved.I purchased this laptop due to offcial works & company did wrong & fake commitment to provide up to 3 & half hours backup.please do assist.

I need resolution regarding battery backup,or replace the Notebook.
