My 1 year old Lenove Handset which I bought in June 2016 , i broke the screen . UI submitted in their service center on 14th July and till today .. after 11 days they still have no clue when screen will come for replacemnet . THEY HAVE NO SPARE PARTS EVEN FOR HIGH END RECENT MODELS.. They should replace with new handset if they do not have parts .. how can a person survive for weeks without his cellphone , that too a business executive.

I am Manojkumar Jadhavar from Pune 17 Jul visited our services centre B M Gadget Services Pvt Ltd, NAL stop pune for handset lenovo k 5 note suddenly my mobile vibration feature not working so visited service center meet to lady she demand cash 1300 my mobile warranty is going on so plz action these service center

Not help any kind or rude behavior
Or very bad experience
I suggestion to my family or my friends circles please don’t purchase lenovo or Motorola smartphone because no value for customers

You are published 1 lak handset sell 1 hour at flipkart amazon but you not care about customer service
Only sell other customers facing many issues. So please feedback to Pune service center and help everyone. My mistake is purchase your mobile. Samsung is best I’m close this matter. Stop using lenovo k5 note.
