Hello Sir/Madam I Mast. Ahmed Wahid Mulla, recently I appeared for passport. My passport has came through speed post in my village namely Dapoli. But the problem is that currently I am out of my village and the postman is not giving passport to my parents after showing him my Aadhar Card and PAN Card Xerox’s. So please take decision as per terms and conditions and my passport should hand over to my parents. Regards Ahmed Mulla

Passport Payment Refund Not Received
Dear Sir, I have submitted the following application on 01.04.2017, i made a payment through Axis Bank Ltd Credit Card, i have got debited Rs.1525.35 with transaction DETAILS PASSPORT_SEVA_MOPS_A.but showed the error of time out due to late OTP after that i have made a payment through same bank credit card its got success, But till now i didn’t get my money return for failed transaction. Transaction Details date of payment :01.04.2017 at 05:30:09 PM ARNo (Application Reference No.) :170004953456 Name of the applicant : Purvi Harshadbhai Patel Payment Status (mandatory) : Failed Bank Name :Axis Bank Ltd and they have given the following SBI CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER to dial 011-41561114 but after dailing the no. it is telling that no does not exist that transaction will take care by SBI CUSTOMER SUPPORT, so please reply me for the same regarding for my payment refund because it passed more than 7 working days.
