I never purchased any policy from One Assist. After getting a renewal message only, I got to know that I am having an One Assist/cpp policy. And on looking back to my account details amount of 1799/- has been deducted last year too and this year also. I never said yes to policy then how can they deduct the amount from my account. It is very unprofessional and cheap on part of icici/ One Assist to sell their products without the any consent and deduct the money direct from our bank account. This itself is fraud, and then how can they assure fraud protection. I want refund of my money and cancellation of this oneassist plan that was sold without my consent.
