I have purchased lenovo k4 note in feb 2016 . my job sheet no :- JNP/LO/16/02544 but in few month phone battery draining very fast. i go to lenovo care and he told me your phone battery problem & change the battery i asked what is the price he said 1600/- this is two much but i have submit my phone in 8/6/16 today is 24/6/16 in this period i go to service center in 2 time he Said battery not come & come after few day.

I bought a lenovo vibe k4 note on 13 march 2016 it was working well bt suddenly it started prompting like launcher has stopped,den play store has stopped,all the time making it difficult to even use apps started shutting of on their on while using i got it to the service centre 3 times but there was no result it seems the device is defective i request you to please replace it…. its difficult to work while having such problems in it plzzzz
