I purchased a Jio’s lyf wind 2 mobile with reliance jio sim no 07017653817 on 25/06/2016 from reliance digital. Number is activated on 26/06/2016. On 26/06/2016 evening on wards unable to access internet, when called 199 the executive told me that i am not allowed to use the the unlimited call, data, sms because my no is not credited by the unlimited plan for 90 days. I raised a complaint vide SR0000006CRL on 27/06/2016 they told me it will be solved with in 48 hours, but sorry to inform you that your customer care executive did not bother to call me that my complaint is not solved,very bad service.
