Lenovo Laptop – Manufacturing Defect poor service

I had bought touch screen laptop on 4th March that developed crack lining on screen. I emailed the agency about problem. Then I visited the agency shop where they guided me to visit their own kind of service center. When I reached, I showed them cracks which it was shown in image sent through mail on 15th July. They just kept saying its physical damage and blamed me that its fault from my side. I said the cracks developed by its own and you can investigate there might be manufacturing Defect as there is no sign of physical damage due to fall or other possible ways. They said how can we believe and their people’s behaviour was totally unprofessional. I Left their office as I understood that my concern will not be addressed and there is no point of entering into argument and wasting time. In their office my laptop had gone through several hands during investigation and there unprofessional behaviour was making me tensed. When they returned, I kept it in my Laptop bag and left. I reached my office and I had just started my laptop and Now I see that crack has been increased by 6 cm (approx.) First they don’t believe me what I said, second they did not resolve my problem, they broke it and increased the Problem. I immediately dropped a mail to them with recent photo attached mentioning the problem but now they are not responding.

Accept their fault and since the laptop is under warranty Replace the touch screen or replace the Product Immediately without asking for any charge .
