I have bought a Mobile Named LG L80 from Mobile House, Sector 18, Noida on 17 july 2014 at 8pm around from this shop. The sales person in this shop given me this phone at 16700rs. when I reached my home. Its sound was very low.I have been to the shop very next day @18 july 2014.the person said that u have to complaint to service centre for this. I said that you can exchange this mobile with other piece so he denied directly saying that 14.5% of service tax would be deducted if you want to exchange or return the phone, which is totally wrong as i just bought this phone 1 days back so it was a manufacturing defect.I just want to replace my handset. when i said to them that i would complaint on consumer complaint as you didn’t mention any service tax part on your bill so how can u deduct that, so the all 3 sales person were like to threaten us. they said to us that you wouldnt be able to go home if you tried to complaint to anywhere either police/consumer court. take your phone and go back to home.they were just like being king infront of other customers.I was with my brother & i was so threaten that i couldn’t able to think what to do then one of my relative suggested to complaint on consumer court online.Hope a good help from this court.I just dont want phone from this shop. i would take same mobile from another shop but not from MOBILE HOUSE.

Phone sound is not audible to me.Its quite low. The shop sales person threaten us like hell even though we were with a girl. they throw us outside of shop infront of other customers.they dont even call their Shop Owner.they said we are the shop owner. They abuse us & threaten us like hell
