Recently my lenovo laptop CB22821782 was replaced for motherboard,battery, and DC in cable. the laptop has permanently stopped charging within less than 10 days of replacement. Being out of warranty the laptop was denied for service. When checked at local service center it was noticed that there is a problem with the motherboard itself , the one that was replaced 10 days ago. The hardware installed by lenovo itself was fragile.

I need a concrete proof that the replaced hardware was brand new. and if possible complete replacement of device as it has faced similar problems within warranty also
