Lenovo Laptop – Slowing Down – Performance Review

I have been using Lenovo Z510 for less than a year now and initially it was a really nice product but since a few weeks it has been acting up and working really slow. Everything about the laptop has become slow – from boot time being really slow to an application like Google Chrome hanging every few minutes and taking ages to start(this is my 2nd attempt to mail you guys since chrome keeps crashing) I have tried a lot of things like deleting all applications, removing startup items, removing third party applications, scanning for viruses, and scanning for malware. I have tried using all the diagnostic tools available from lenovo and third parties to figure out where the error is but nothing is fixing the issue. I am so disgusted and disappointed with the kind of product and the services that you are offering to clients. I called your ‘so called’ customer support team trying to talk to them for a replacement/refund and one of your executives actually told me to file a complaint with consumer court and did not care about anything else but put my call on hold for about 10 minutes and i had to drop off. I called again and this time another lady picked up and started giving me the same booking, taught lines that they would have learnt while getting hired for the job. It was at no time that she was ready to listen to me and alter the service at all. Also, even after a 20 minute long conversation, you so called customer service experts never even asked me for my name/address/phone number/etc and i had to tell her that this was another reason why the customer service is so bad from Lenovo’s side. I have the recording and i can share the same with you to show you how bad your services are. Even after being such a big global firm, it seems that i am dealing with a local born company from a village considering the product that absolutely sucks and the services that are just a little better than talking to the wall. I really need a solution for my problem with your product and need a refund/replacement asap as i am unable to even perform basic tasks such as opening Chrome without having to wait 2 minutes for it to boot up. As explained in the earlier mail the laptop that you have sold to me works worse than a 11 year old laptop that i have. Boot up takes too long and i have done all the tests using software from lenovo and third parties and i cannot find out any solutions. the product is not even 1 year old and this is disappointing.
