Instead of resolving the matter by replacement of the mother board, Company personnel is loudly saying regarding excellent product quality, Services and repairs! When premium product SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 2 doesn’t work even for 2 Years. How the quality of the product is good? SAMSUNG is not doing repairs , they are doing replacements and for that they are charging very high due to specific part i.e. motherboard because of monopoly. Regarding Services, they are not taking any responsibility of the product quality, warranty (One year ) , warranty after repairs (90 days, for replacement ). It means that product life is 15 months only and they should disclose during sell in the market. As other companies are giving support and satisfy their customer by replacement or free service, Samsung india has to refund charges taken for replacement of the mother board. From which i have lost all my important data.
Company has to refund 7400/- rupees which are charged for replacement of the mother board of the Mobile phone.
