My Vodafone prepaid balance for SIM No.: 8469811xxx is being deducted for some App download , which I may have accidentally clicked on while using other App. on my mobile, by advertisement flashing. Following is detail of deductions: 1) Rs. 50/- on 19th September 2) Rs. 100/- on 17th September 3) Rs. 75/- on 17th September I feel any balance deduction shouldn’t be made without my consent. We prepay our SIM cards for Company’s direct services i.e. ( calling or other VAS), but here like in my case, some third party withdraws our prepaid amount. And our Company doesn’t even give us notice that some website/App is trying to withdraw from my prepaid Amount. It should similarly as bank which does not pay other party without any instructions of Account holder

I lost Rs. 225/- by illegally balance deduction I am afraid to refill my prepaid A/c. as it may Automatically deduct from my Account
