I had postpaid no 9836048xxx. I activated a pack of Rs75 for “incoming roaming free” on july 2014 first week.I was leaving for Bangalore 12/7/14 so requested to deactivated the pack on 7/7/14 as did not want to pay for the pack in advance.The cust care executive told that it will be deactivated within 48 hours.So again i called the cust care on 10/7/14 to confirm whether the pack was deactivated or not, but as i came to know that the paxk is still activated I asked the executive not to deactivate the pack as I was leaving for bangalore on 12/7/14. He assured me the same.As I enjoyed the facility of the pack & when I got the bill on 1/8/14 I saw the incoming call charges were discounted (approx rs1200) as per the policy of the pack. But I got the shock when i received the bill on 1/9/14 where the facility of the pack was not provided and the incoming call were charged (Rs 1829) as usual.In between I had put no request for deactivation of the pack ever after.When I contacted the cust care they are saying that the pack was deactivated by my request in between but they are unable to tell me the exact date of deactivation of the pack. They also told me that the Call charges can not be waived of and I have to pay the total amount of Rs 1829 which is not at all correct. they are not even responding my mails & calls on time and harassing me by sending sms for payment.

rs 1600 approx. was charged illegally without my proper consent….. I want to get the proper bill by discounting the Incoming roaming call charges made on my bill….
