Hi, I have done online shopping on zivame and the delivery time was mentioned 5-6 days.after shopping i got the dispatch details and it was dispatched with indian post service,where u cant call customer care for follow ups.I wrote many mails to customer care of zivame and every time they gave some excuse.After around 20 days i got mail from customer care saying that your order was successfully delivered.They don’t have any details.I have written back and only waiting for there positive response.my order no was # 193459375.

want my money back or my order and action against the site should be taken so that they cant fool anybody else.
