I have purchased lenovo vibe shot on july 2016 after one month network issue came. Network signal shows no signal. So i went to lenovo service centre which is sprimon technogolgy, S.T.I, rourkela , dist sundergarh, state odisha. They said motherboard will change, so i submitted my smartphone and wait 15 days as they told. After 15 days i got my phone repaired, but after that more two issues seen by me that mic sensor is not working and the big thing is that the service centre had exchanged my phone camera. I had 16 MP camera in my phone but after getting back from lenovo service centre its camera quality is very low , disgusting quality of camera seen by me. Again i went to service centre they ignored that we done nothing with the camera, then how can i use that phone with that poor quality off camera. I told them that to submit the complain about my camera also i want my 16MP camera back.. what to do i dont know.. if i will not get my phone like how it was in previous time then i will issue a consumer case complain for sure. I want suggestion or advice for what doing next.
