Hello, Dear sir , We have a concern regarding jio sim activation process. We got a jio sim offer. We visit jio store got a sim in blue color wrapper after completing KYC CAF form . – UEP00FWQ62. After 5 DAYS I got a massage.

Thank you, Team Jio But now after this message 4 days are passed any message or sim get network. We visit 3 times,jio store but no responsibility found via Reliance digital employees to fulfil requirment, or any querys answer why my sim not get activated, We try to know that my form are rejected are any other problem, but they are provide any information regarding that.. He tell to call 18008899999 or any helpline I tried to call help desk to know about problem . We provide all information regarding sim ,just only not a jio mobile number.. Because we not got that ,we go back jio center but there is no information regarding mobile no. Sim no. ICCID 89918710400017375957 IMSI- no.405871001882595 Alternate mobile no. 9918121688

My complain no is stated above. I Had taken Jio Sim from Reliance Digital express Gopal complex Ranchi Jharkhand on 31st August. But till date it is not activated. Kindly help me our.
