SnapDeal Not Accepting Returns / No Refund BigBillionDays

I bought a sports shoe of Puma brand from Snapdeal.com and while buying it was clearly mentioned that it can be returned within 15 days of receiving the product and they will Refund the whole amount. After I received the shoes I found it little tight and I decided to return the product and online initiated return process and it accepted my request . The message online showed ( Return request under process Ticket id: 29626760) and I initiated this process within 3 days of receiving the product. After one hour I received a received a mail stating my account is suspended and and any active transaction and refund will not be processed related to my account. That mail also threatens That I will not able to operate any coexisting account or open any new account. I mailed them and called them and they said it is technical issue and they will get back to me as soon as possible. Unnecessarily I wasted my time and money calling them and mailing them .It all went futile. I want resolution . My order id: 14975754904 complaint ref no: 29693285 -15 th September This is illegal ant they should be penalized, so that they do not cheat innocent buyer like us.
