I bought lenovo A7000 before 20 days ..from then volume does not get reduced during watsapp ,skype calls and video calling ….but it gets reduced during normal calls.. please check this mail and kindly take necessary action immediately….. thanks, M.Priyanka

Also contacted many times to customer care but situation is same like above mentioned . I remind you that i was visited 13 times to this service center from date of submetting (19.09.2015) mobile so u can easily understand my views and situation . Kindly inform u that take necessary action Against them as soon as possible otherwise i will move to consumer court. I hope you will take action. Regards, Kanhaiya kumar
