Sir, I have purchased 1 okaya battery no. JQEFC 05300252918 from Siddarth Traders Jhansi on25-09-2014 for Rs.6100/-. They have given the warranty of 18 months with free replacement. I have registered the complaint no. CB 370119 on 22-01- 2016 & test report no.47569 dtd 25-01-2016. They have promised to replace within one week but till date it has not been replaced and we are facing deep trouble for transporting Railway personnel due to non workability of vehicle. Since Indian Railway is one of the biggest organizations and your leading customers but due to such poor response from M/s Siddarth Traders, Jhansi, reputation of your company is defaming in market.
