Lenovo mobile – Facing problem manufacturing fault

Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased lenovo mobile from delhi, since day one I am facing problem. When I requested company to give my money back they offered me DO card so that I can purchase new handset of rs 4K; I again purchased smart phone handset from same distributor, this time he offered me same company and new handset was of rs. 9K, I used the handset for 4 months but during the time most of the time instrument stops performing. Most of the time if fails in reading sim card & memory card. Few days back I went to service center to the checkup of the handset. They informed that the handset will get replaced because of manufacturing fault and they had given me time of 6-10 days by the mean time I registered complaint with top authorities of Lenovo & requested them to change the handset. I also informed them how the things happened from last few months but they refused to do so. I am not interested to continue with lenovo cause in past 4 months this is my third handset which is getting failed. The company is also accepting that this is happening because of manufacturing fault but they refused to change the handset. My question is that if the system stop working after warranty who will be responsible, & why should I pay for there fault… Please Note: I have all the communication which I had with them in these few months & each Email was addressed to their director and the concern person Mr. Sudipto Ghosh Executive Director – Services, Lenovo India Private Limited but he also stopped responding. I want my complete money back which I invested on handset and its insurance which was given by lenovo employee in shop in front of shopkeeper.
