We had booked a property with the skyline construction pvt ltd mid of 2013 in oasis project. But due almost no progress and development and repeated request for more payments and our financial crisis. we opted for cancellation this year in month of April,2014. but have not received any refund from them. Since we had not completed the agreement so entire amount is refundable.

As we belong to a middle class family, we are suffering from financial crisis due to this. As a result there is is mental distress.
