I have purchased mobile hand set of Lenovo on 1st December’14. After purchasing of 10 days, phone was started hanging while using. I had complaint in Lenovo and they people has replaced the board of hand set in the month of January’15. After that in the month of February again the same problem repeated and again I had submitted hand set in service center. Again they people replaced the board. In the month of March’15, again the same problem is repeated and I followed with Lenovo. They have given me DOA certificate to replace the same. When I went to dealer on 1st April’15, they told me I have to check with the company first for genuineness of DOA certificate and revert you in a day. Today is 4th April’15 and I have not received any response form their side. When I called to dealer, Lalit, he told me we will get back to you by Monday. Honorable Authority, I am in great mental harassment by Lenovo people and dealer. During the span of 4 months, this phone was not with me not more that 50 days. Rest time this phone was with service center only. More over still I do not have this phone with me. Since last 3 months I am running to service center and following with Lenovo people. Request you to please help me in getting justice and compensation for the same.
