Hi, I had purchased Lenova mobile from Amazon on Feb’8 2014,After six month of use mobile display start showing display problem(White colour patch showing on half part of displays). therefore i had taken it to Growmore computer services(Lenova authorized serive center) at Vashi,Navi Mumbai on 11/10/2014 where executive Ms.Vaishali inspected my mobile,She checked the mobile thoroughly after that she double inspected from a technical person sitting in another room to check wheather mobile has any external damage and finally she accepted my mobile saying that it has no external damage its a hardware issue and its under warranty, we will get back to you once the mobile repaired. After one week on 18/10/2014 i received a call from same executive Ms.Vaishali saying that your mobile is externally damage and it will cost 2500Rs to change the display. Same person was giving contrast statement first at the time of accepting mobile she said that.
