I submit my lenevo mobile p780 in authorized service centre dated 12/11/2014. But my problem of mobile is unresolved. Also they did not arrange for spare part. If they can’t resolve than please exchange the mobile handset. I request to all please don’t BUY lenovo mobile because service is not proper and they don’t resolve the problem of customers. So third-class service and company is this.

hello sir i am bhargav from jamnagar ( Gujarat ). I have a lenovo smart phone P 780. It is a good phone but for last 20 day it is not working for both SIM card network. I complained on 30-10-2014 to lenovo service center, he said that Motherboard may have failed but how can that happen in such a brand new handset ?

Lenovo SIM Lock after Upgrade
In my lenovo a536, after update software in my phone both sim are locked, I also give phone to your customer care center on 8-11-2014 but not complete yet. they replied it is technically problem and it is solved by lenovo company and also said that, they mail you but your company don’t replied them. my request to you please solved it early. I”m from vadodara, gujarat, india
