Vodafone Number Disconnected Without Notice

My no is 983663XX91. It is not working from 23/11/14 10:30am onwards. After contacting the customer care, they asked me to take a new SIM card as the existing may have some problem.

On 24/11/14 at 12:00pm I have taken a new SIM from the sec-V Vodafone store and conveyed to me that it will be activated with in two hours. But after 4 hours also it is not resolved. At 5pm I have visited again to the store and after checking the SIM, another person told me that the This SIM is also faulty. He again provide me a new SIM and suggested me to check after 2 hours. But till now it is not working and now they are telling that there is some server issue due to up-gradation and they don’t know when the problem will be resolved. I have also sent the mails to corporate care, nodal and appellate team. but don’t get any reply. It is quite disappointing to get this type of service from the company like Vodafone. Current Complaint no. 1064682179.
