Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company. I had brought lenovo K6 Note 3 Months before. It had complaint with display (touch is not working) I gave the phone to the companies service center in Vytila – Kochi

It has been 24 days since i gave my phone to the service center no response\update have been given by your service center till now. I trust this is not the way Your Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers,I could have brought Samsung or other handsets instead of yours.

I am attaching the copy of receipt given from the service center. At Least i hope you’ll give a response to this mail
