I had placed an order with the velachery stores today (15/7/17) at 5.48 pm for 2 pizza and one stuffed bread. My order # 120. Even after 6.48 pm pizza was not delivered to me. About 6.30 pm I called the stores and enquired about my order. One Mr praveen told me that the delivery boy had taken the item for delivery. I request them to check with the delivery boy and call me back why there is a delay. They told me they will check and call back. The pizza was delivered to me at 7 pm and when I asked the delivery boy about the delay he said the store was busy. If the store is busy then we get the information in the web itself. Then he said he was delivering the pizza as per the guideline given by the store. Even the pizza was not warm. Totally I was unhappy the way the order was handled. Here I would like to register one more compliant that Velachary store never deliver the pizzas on time. I would have return the order since it was asked for one of my guest who visited my house I could not do it. Till now I have not recd any feedback from the store about the delay which they assured. Totally annoyed of this incident.
