TOSHIBA LED CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT PROVIDED

Dear Sir,

This letter is about the pending service issues which is mentioned below. Unfortunately after many reminders that we send to the concerned persons, the problem remains unresolved. Now your toll free numbers are not working, so our franchisees are register their In warranty complaints to local service centers.

Now the customer and the dealer become very much annoyed. What kind of after sales service that you offer to the customers ? We are not expect this type of after sales service from a brand like Toshiba. Can you give us a solution for the below mention issues or please advise us what we do ?
