Lenovo Mobile Software issues Not Resolved

Dear Madam/Sir, Please find attached copy of the scanned copy of the invoice received during the purchase and a snapshot of the IMEI updating on the system. The same has been sent to you earlier also. Please note that delay is on the part of Lenovo only. The customer service of Lenovo are hopeless and by all standards very poor. No response and no one cooperates . no one tells what to do whom to contact. Hope to get some response with in 3days . poor product and poor services. Skmehra 915XX10110

I have changed my wallpaper on lenovo k4 note when its shows the error is unfortunately not working resolve it and when i call some one automatically droped the signal and restarted. i bought 25 oct 2016 still its not more than one its going problem please rectify it as soon as possible
