I have done purchasing from Reliance Trends – CGR mall Store on 05-OCt-16, I am a loyal customer of Reliance Trends. I bought 2 trouser from this store. After 2nd wash, both trouser colors change. I went to your store on 23rd -Nov. Your staff told me its 1-month-old garments , so complaint will not be considerable. It’s really shocking to me, Nobody is seeing my complaint. They are adamant, saying this garment is old more than 1 month.
Honestly, I will never visit again if this type of unreasonable behavior will be done with a loyal customer.
I wasted my 1100 rupees.
