Sir, I have brought lenovo A7000 mobile from satara. It have touch problem of home and back button. It’s still in warranty. I gave it for repair they kept mobile with them for about 15 days. Again after 20-25 days the same problem repeats and again they say you need repair and will take 8-10 days. Is this the service you give.

I have lenovo K4 note mobile which was having a warranty upto 30th May 2017. 5 month back I obserevd some scratch kind of think in all four sides of my mobile screen, which was a genuine issue where lenovo has a manufacturing deffect. Today I went to service centre and they told told that there was a damage in corner of the mobile hence we can’t give warranty even it’s has a manufuring defect. It’s not right thing to behave like this. As a company you should take back all sold mobiles where there was a manufacturing defect. They demanding Rs. 4500/- to replace the screen.
