Here i am informing that My Request Date for So 7006377362 Is 10/10/2014 and After a one month long time today one of your engineer come to my place for replacement of My Keyboard but when your engineer open the box than i found that its damage and old used key board received, so i have denied to replace this key board. now i will not ready to replace key board please replace my laptop System for that i have talked with Mohita and shaiyad pash but i don’t satisfied. i have also other issue regarding the Damage of machine for that i have called but your representative say please first fall complete your first issue than we accept new issue and my request for damage of machine communication No is 211952471. How i can except from your side after a two month you dint complete your first service than second service Now Finally i dont want any service from your lenovo side, if you want than please replace my systems its emergency for me. other i have to take legal action against lenono. Here i also attached new arrival keyboard and other issue snap shot please find its. Now They say you can file case we fight with you.
