i have been receiving about 300-400 promotional SMS a day from Airtel for more than 2 weeks now. The complaint has been registered over phone call, email. The response is very poor and the messages are very annoying. Response from airtel is not happy. It says, there are no promotional SMS being sent to your number after verifying my account.
There is no peace at home or work. My phone keeps ringing 5 times every 3-4 min both day and night. I leave my phone on silent mode where at times, i miss out on many calls. This is more of mental torture that i am going through.
want them to stop spamming me with SMS. 10 different people should not call for the same problem from Airtel that to back to back.
