made a payment through SBI online in favour of rajasthan pre veterinary test on 4th may 2014, the amount was deducted from my account and when i called them they told me that my transaction was not successful. when i contacted my home branch they told me that the deducted amount of rs 1513 has been transferred to the beneficiary account on 6 may 2014. again when i called them they told me that refunding of amount will take place by its own, till yet 6 months has passed and the amount is not refunded.

i want my deducted amount back
