I purchased Lenovo P780 Smart Phone in the month of March 14 in which having a issue Of some function not supporting as Bluetooth, System Setting and some others.For which I have visited your service center Fourtech Computers Pune and handover the set having IMEI 863802024950649 on 24th Nov 14. I am in follow-up with LENOVO call centre for the update many times as your local service contact is not possible and is very surprising too as I have tried your local service contact no. many times every day which comes always busy , may be they keep the land line receiver phone aside to avoid customer incoming calls and such issue confirm by many Lenovo customer, which shows LENOVO not keenly interested for customer service. Repeat mail also drop to LENOVO escalation and Executive Director Desk out of total mail only single mail they have respond as we are working on it..and Now they stop the replying/answering too. Today I have check the status of my phone with call center they are again confirming me still resolution not happened as Hardware Spare not received. As LENOVO team not giving the fulfillment it is now more than 20 days and company not giving me quick and Urgent resolution in warranty period as ,what happened when warranty expire ?? Team I am now not ready to wait for a long and I am loosing my faith in LENOVO.as they are not customer service friendly. We are requesting you better you refund my Purchased money urgently so I will switched over to other brand those having Good Service Support. Waiting for Your prompt reply.

I want my Purchase Money Back from LENOVO.
