I have ordered ShopCluems.com 10 items, out of which they delivered only 5, they promised other 5 will be refunded, I only got 2 refunds, not others. They didn’t respond properly about refund. Deadline of refund is already crossed. One of these is : The Pari Designer Silver Necklace (EY-06) : Code: 617556 Sub order number: 26294955:Rs.162(=143+19) :my order and payment date :09.11.2014. Others can be find from attached file (the conversation between me and the company).

I want refund of all non-delivered items. Refund due : Rs.162(=143+19) + Rs. 62(=43+19) + Rs.72(=53+19) = Rs. 296 only.
