Sir i bought a lenovo phone(IMEI1:865099024708949) 4months ago from flipkart on 30th dec 2014(tax invoice no.:del20141200525737). i had kept the mobile in my pocket. when i took it out the display was gone. i contacted the service center regarding the matter but they rejected my complaint saying it is a physical damage and it is not covered under their warranty scheme since the fault is from my side. sir my mobile doesn’t have even a scratch on it. and nothing serious like accident also didn’t happen with me so that i can say display gone because of the accident. sir, is the standard of the phone is so low that you cant even keep inside a pocket. sir a consumer expects a phone to be at least so much handy that he can carry it in his pocket .

sir i want either my mobile to be replaced by new one or my mobile should be repaired free of cost
