Vodafone – Incoming & outgoing blocked without notice

Hi there My name is mukesh Kumar and I am a regular user of Vodafone prepaid service. I got a message from Vodafone Customer Care, which stated a plan of 600 localnational mins, 300 SMS in 199INR for Postpaid Customers. So i got my number 91925096xxx ported from TATA indicom to Vodafone. On 06/04/15 one of your agent came to my house and took 250INR and all the necessary documents. On 14/04/15 my number started working after a verification call. But next day Suddenly My incoming and outgoing was blocked without any notice. When i called to your customer care and inquired, They told me that There will be a Re-Verification of Documents held within a week. Since then nobody has come yet for Verification. I even went to your vodafone Care in Model Town, Delhi but they said that my number cant be started because I belong to slum area. Even though i had given all the necessary Documents they didnt started my number neither they registered any complaint. Now i want you to register my complaint….,…. The Main reason for Refusing to respond my complaint they are saying that i belong to a SLUM area that they cant process….but if i belong to a slum area then why did they call me and offer me for that porting ….and firstly if i was not a valid area costumer then why did they ported my number in to vodafone and all of sudden the service was stopped….. i want some information from you that what can i do again them and where to complaint about…. i am attaching the receipt of the trasnsactions…

Well, Due to all this stuff, i went to the vodafone store twice, All my incoming and outgoing calls were blocked
