Lenovo Product Warranty & Service

I am computer hardware reseller, i bought a new laptop and sold it my customer named mr. kiran p after purchase as per company policy i have registered lenovo laptop details on company web site lenovoservices.net for laptop s/n cb24928928 regarding accidental damage protection (adp) warranty registration on 20th oct 2014 they have confirmed the credentials on 21st oct 2014 and mailed that the adp will be mailed to you within 30 days but still they have not registered the adp also their adp registration office numbers are always busy and if any time get connected there is no one to pick up the phone also normal toll free numbers are also saying that your adp is not registered yet but i have told them that i have received a ticket 56346 for adp and still they are not registering a service call for laptop.

After that customer has some problem regarding the opening of laptop so i want to register the call for service of laptop but if the laptop adp is not confirmed by the company then i have to repair the laptop by outside third party repair stations that will cost me around 5000 rs.

I want company to do registration process simple and fast do increase their phone lines and if you are not able to receive call then please call back to customer please do register the adp and repair the laptop or replace it or give me cash back
